The Actions in Acrobat Sign for Zapier streamline e-signature workflows, covering essential business needs like sending, tracking, and managing signed agreements seamlessly.

Acrobat Sign for Zapier currently supports the following list of Actions in two categories. 

Create Actions

  • Create a PDF of a Signed Agreement: It generates a secure, easily shareable PDF of the signed document for record-keeping and distribution.
  • Create a Document from an Agreement: Generate a new document from an existing agreement.
  • Create a PDF of the Agreement’s Audit Trail: It provides a detailed log of all actions taken on the document, ensuring transparency and compliance.
  • Create an Agreement from a Library Template: It streamlines the agreement creation process by using pre-approved templates, saving time and ensuring consistency.
  • Create an Agreement from an Uploaded document: It converts any uploaded document into an agreement ready for e-signature.
  • Upload a Document to Get a Document ID: It helps track and manage agreements by assigning a unique ID to each uploaded document.

Search Actions

  • Find list of All Agreements: It provides a comprehensive overview of all agreements to help you easily manage and track them.
  • Find a list of all the documents IDs of agreement: It lists all document IDs within an agreement, simplifying document identification and organization.
  • Find Form Field data of agreement in JSON format: It extracts form field data in JSON format for easy integration with other systems and applications.
  • Find the Agreement Status: It checks an agreement's current status, ensuring you stay updated on its progress.
  • Find the Signing URL: It generates a direct link for signing, making it easy to share and expedite the signing process.
