Adobe Acrobat Sign for ServiceNow v2.2.18
Adobe Acrobat Sign for ServiceNow v2.2.18 includes bug fixes and dependency upgrades:
- Replaced the deprecated dependency plugin (Plugin Id: com.snc.pdf_generator ) with a new plugin (Plugin Id: com.snc.apppdfgenerator)
- Fixed issues where agreement creation fails if a service account user tries to create an agreement in Govcloud.
- Fixed issues where agreement creation fails if the post sign redirect URL contains an unencoded special character.
Acrobat Sign for ServiceNow v 2.2
New Features
- Acrobat Sign for ServiceNow now supports Acrobat Sign for Government Cloud, which can be used when installed in a ServiceNow Government Community Cloud.
- Added support for electronic seals.
- Added password support to Agreements.
- Support for preventing documents from being viewed in non-authorized iframes.
- Updated Merge Fields to allow reference fields to be chosen.
- Updated the agreement creation to prevent an "empty fileInfos object" response error and instead tell the user that documents are required to submit an agreement.
- Support for creating Document Field records automatically after a fillable Document Template is created.
- Added an Agreement option "Copy to subject" to push signed documents to the subject record.
