Plan, schedule, preview, and publish content in a few simple steps using Content Scheduler.

Save time with Content Scheduler in Adobe Express, which lets you plan, preview, schedule, and publish to all your social media channels with one click. Now, you can even publish to multiple accounts at once or generate social captions using AI in Content Scheduler.

Plan: Plan your themes, topics, and campaigns through drafting and ideation tools.

Preview: Ability to preview what a post will look like when it's published to give you confidence in what you're posting.

Schedule: Set your content to land at precisely the right time to ensure your content reaches as many viewers as possible.

Publish: Save time by publishing your posts across Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), Pinterest, LinkedIn, and TikTok with one click.

Tag others in a social media post

Content Scheduler doesn’t automatically populate the social handle of a user you wish to tag in your post. However, on Twitter and Instagram, you can manually type the user's handle you want to tag in the caption of your post, ensuring you use the @ symbol ahead of their username. This tag will then work as expected once the post is published.

Maximum number of posts allowed

You can post up to 1000 posts per month across all six social channels (Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), Pinterest, LinkedIn, and TikTok) on the Free plan.

Number of channels you can connect to

Users on the Free plan can connect one account per social channel (Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), Pinterest, LinkedIn, and TikTok). To connect additional accounts, consider upgrading to a Premium plan to connect up to three accounts per social channel.

Note:

Schedule isn’t currently available to users accessing Adobe Express via a K-12 or district school.
