Learn how to set up a spreadsheet with each row representing a new design variation when using Adobe Express's Bulk create feature.

Before starting the Bulk Create workflow in Adobe Express, follow these steps to prepare a spreadsheet in which each row represents a new design variation. Then, upload the spreadsheet to Adobe Express to generate the variations.

  1. Open a spreadsheet and create a header for each text or visual element you plan to change in your design.

  2. Fill in the rows under the column headers. Since images are uploaded directly to the Adobe Express editor, the rows for images can be left blank.

An excel sheet with headers names as Product name, Sale discount, and Product image with Product A,B,C, and D in each row and corresponding sale discount of 10, 15, 20, and 25%
For instance, to create design variations for a product line offering various discounts, you may include headers such as Product name, discount, and image.

  3. Save the spreadsheet to your device with a .csv filename extension.
