Eliminate the need for manual translations by using Translate in Adobe Express to efficiently translate your files, templates, and PDFs into 46 languages. Adobe Express uses generative AI powered by GPT-4o to deliver translations and adjust the tone of voice to provide the right outcome.

Before you begin:

Review the supported languages and technical requirements for using Translate.

  1. Open a file in the Adobe Express editor and select Translate from the header.

  2. In the Translate panel, open the Translate to dropdown and select your target languages. The source language is automatically recognized.

  3. Open the Tone of voice dropdown and select FormalInformal, or Don't change the tone.

  4. Select the pages for translation.

  5. Tap the selected pages to open the menu, then select the text objects you want to translate on each page.

  6. Select the Go back button to return to the previous screen, then select Translate.

Note:

For most languages, the original font is used. If it lacks the necessary characters, the font may be switched. You can change the font using Recommendations in the Text panel.
