All new Asset Panel
The all-new Asset Panel empowers you to create aesthetically-designed, responsive eLearning courses, in just a few minutes. Leverage ready-to-go slides from these projects to effectively design complex branching logic and interactions like drag and drop, click and reveal, without programming.

Create Interactive Videos
Liven up demos and training videos by making them interactive. Record your own or bring in existing Vimeo videos. Add informational slides or knowledge check questions as overlays at specific points on the video. Add bookmarks in the timeline to aid learner remediation. Customize feedback options for answers and interactions.

Image as button
Speed up your authoring by drastically reducing the number of steps required to use images as buttons in your eLearning course. The latest update of Adobe Captivate Classic, now allows you to add any image or an SVG to your course and directly use it as a button. Define actions or advanced actions and assign them to the button in a few simple steps.

Other enhancements
- Smart font replacement: Boost your productivity using the smart font replacement with the new update of Adobe Captivate Classic (2019 release). Easily comply with brand guidelines by uniformly changing the fonts, themes, and colors of an eLearning project with click of a few buttons. Resolve missing fonts to ensure your projects don’t lose their look and feel. Choose from a list of possible replacement fonts, if the fonts in your project are not available on your computer. - Theme fonts and colors: Change fonts and colors of a theme with minimal clicks while maintaining high productivity. For more information, see Theme fonts and colors.
- Replace an image: Replace an image on the stage. On the stage, right-click the image, and choose Replace Image. You can also drag an image from the library, drop it in the stage, which replaces the image that was already on the stage. In addition, you can drag and drop an image from any application or location onto the stage and replace an image. For more information, see Replace image.
