Collaborate and share feedback on files in a few simple steps.

Before you begin:

Use the collaboration invitation to open a shared file in the editor.

  1. Select the Comment  icon from the header.

  2. Use the Comments panel and add your comments to the Add a comment field.

  3. To pin the comment on the file, select the Place a pin  icon and select the place where you want to drop the pin.

The Comments prompt is open with a comment in the Add a comment field. It also had the Place a pin option selected with a yellow dot on the file denoting the place it is placed.
Add comment and place a pin on the design.

    Note:

The pin turns yellow once the comment has been placed, and it turns blue when you hover over the corresponding comment in the comments panel. The colored dot and username allows multiple users comment and collaborate in real time.

  4. Select Submit.
