Learn how to delete your Adobe account for Education.

Before you begin:

To delete your Adobe account, you may need to cancel active subscriptions and delete classrooms you've created. Make a local backup of your files, photos, videos, Adobe Stock images, and other projects stored with Adobe.

  1. Sign in at Adobe Privacy. Choose your Personal profile when prompted.

  2. Under Privacy and Personal data, scroll down to Delete Adobe Account and select Continue.

  3. Follow the onscreen instructions to cancel your plan if prompted.

  4. Follow the onscreen instructions to leave an organization if prompted.

  5. If prompted to delete your classrooms, follow the onscreen instructions. Select Go To Express to switch to your Classroom profile, where you can edit and delete classrooms.

  6. If you had to leave Adobe Account to complete any preliminary steps, return to Adobe Privacy, select Privacy and Personal data, scroll down to Delete Adobe Account, and select Continue.

  7. Select the reason for deleting your account, and then select Continue

  8. Accept the terms and conditions before deleting your account, and then select Confirm delete Adobe account
