Learn about object properties supported for auto-animate transitions.
Depending on which object properties are modified, XD uses auto-animate to animate them across the artboards. Some properties change at the start or end, and some animate over the duration of the transition.

Limitations
- Prototypes using auto-animate have certain limitation with text animation. We currently do not support animating character spacing, line spacing, and paragraph spacing on the web.
- Prototypes using auto-animate does not support animation playback and dissolves between the start and end artboard when viewed on the following browsers:
- IE 11
- Edge 15
- iOS10
As a workaround, you can open the prototype in any of the other supported browsers listed in the System Requirements.
