Where do I find my redemption code?

Follow these instructions to locate your redemption code:

  • Purchased from Adobe website? When you purchase Photoshop Elements, you can use your Adobe ID to sign in and use the application. You do not need a redemption code.
  • Did your purchase come with a redemption code? In certain purchase situations, your copy of Elements can come with a redemption code. The redemption code is a 24-digit alphanumeric code.
    • Boxed Product? You can find your redemption code on an insert card inside the box.
    • Purchased from Amazon? If you purchased from Amazon, get instructions for retrieving your redemption code and follow the instructions above.
    • Electronic Software Download (ESD)? During your online purchase, you’ll receive a redemption code and instructions from the reseller.

Follow the instructions to redeem your redemption code.

How do I convert a trial version to full version?

When you launch a trial version, a screen shows the number of days remaining for the trial to expire. On this screen, you can use the Buy Now option to purchase and convert your trial to the full version. To know more, see Convert a trial version into a full version.
