App settings and preferences

Access app settings online and set the preferences in Adobe Photoshop on the web.

Open the App settings panel using any of these methods:

The App settings dialog box is open, displaying settings categories such as General, Guides, grid and rulers, Help, Account, and more.
Under the General settings, set the desired Color theme, Interface size, and more.

The App settings panel in Photoshop on the web provides access to the following settings:

  • GeneralConfigure application-wide preferences, including appearance, interface size, language, and layer thumbnail sizes.
    • Color themeChoose a Dark or Light color theme, or match the application interface with the system's default settings by selecting the Use system setting option.
    • Interface size: Adjust UI element sizes to better fit the screen and user preferences.
    • Layer sizeSet the size of layer thumbnails displayed in the Layers panel.
    • ToolbarConfigure toolbar display options, including showing or hiding tool labels.
    • LanguageSelect the preferred language for the application interface and tools.
    • Reset interface to defaultRestore the app interface and workspace layout to their default settings.
    • Reset messaging and dialogsRestore in-app messages and dialog preferences to their default state.
