Easily remove unwanted objects and distractions in a photo with the Generative Remove, powered by Adobe Firefly generative AI. Once you identify and highlight an object using the brush mask, Adobe Firefly automatically removes it and generates a fill that blends with the rest of the frame.

Select the Remove tool to access Generative AI and Object Aware options. The Generative Remove feature is available as Early Access across all Lightroom surfaces.

Tethered Capture with Sony

Lightroom Classic now supports tethered capture for Sony cameras. You can capture photos and change camera settings right from Lightroom Classic. From the floating tether bar, you can seamlessly work on live sessions, apply presets, and control the tethered camera's Shutter Speed, Aperture, ISO, and White Balance.

Filter by Exported Images

You can now filter your photos based on whether they are exported or not exported. Create a Smart Collection, filter with Exported status and other metadata. You can also use the Library Filter panel under Attribute to filter out the exported photos. Lightroom Classic records the last export date of an image, which can be viewed in the image's metadata, and you can choose to reset the export status of an image as well.
