Learn how system admins can download reports for AI usage, Operations, and Custom Models from the Adobe Admin Console.
Overview
AI usage, Operations, and Custom Models reports in the Adobe Admin Console allow system admins to download data to understand how their organization uses generative AI features and API operations. These reports help admins monitor usage, plan capacity, and manage costs across eligible products and offers.
- Understand AI usage, including generative credit consumption and AI interactions.
- Understand operations usage, including API and FFS consumption across products.
- Monitor usage trends over time to support adoption and planning.
- Review usage at both the organization and offer levels, based on contract entitlements.
- Track custom model creation, sharing, and usage across projects and teams.
- Support governance and cost analysis for AI usage, operations, and custom models.
Note
AI usage, Operations, and Custom Models reports are available only for organizations with eligible product offers.
Report types available
There are separate downloadable reports available for:
- AI usage: Shows generative credit usage for eligible products and offers
- Operations: Shows usage of operations for API and Shared Credit consumption for eligible products and offers
- Custom Models: Shows custom model usage for eligible products and offers
Report options display only when the organization has product offers that include one or more of these usage types.
Create a report
Select a report type: AI usage, Operations, or Custom Models.
Select a date range.
- Reports are available starting from 05 December 2025.
- Custom date ranges cannot extend earlier than this availability date.
Submit the request to generate the report.
A toast message confirms whether the report request was successful. All report creation actions are tracked in audit logs.
All system admins receive an email notification when the report is ready.
On the Reports page in the Admin Console, select the report type.
Select the download icon to download the report.
- The report downloads in XLSX format with UTF‑8 encoding and may include multiple tabs.
- The report is available for download indefinitely.
Know your report
The columns available in a report depend on the generative AI entitlements included in the organization’s contract.
