Upload an image, such as a product photo, and create a composited scene for the product using a text prompt.

Try it in the app
Create a background for your object in a few simple steps.

Note:

To use Object Composites in Adobe Firefly, you must be entitled to Creative Cloud for enterprise All Apps Pro Firefly and Creative Cloud for enterprise All Apps Pro Plus plans. Contact your Adobe administrator to request access if you are using Firefly through a company-owned account.

  1. Go to the Firefly website and select Text to image.

  2. Select Upload object and browse for a PNG or JPG file on your device.

The Text to Image module is open and it has an object uploaded and there are no prompts entered in the Prompt field.
Use the Upload object option to upload an image of an object to be placed in the generated image variations.

  3. Use the Remove background option if you want to remove the background behind the object.

  4. Once the image is uploaded, use the Set position panel to adjust the position where you'd like the object to appear in the generated images.

The Set position panel is open and it has an object uploaded. The object is a robot and it is currently selected for resizing and repositioning.
Use Set position to adjust where the object will appear in the generated images.

  5. Select Confirm.

  6. Enter a detailed prompt and select Generate.

  7. Use other Text to image settings, such as content type, references for style, and effects, to refine the image variations further.

The object is uploaded and under the Style section, an image is uploaded as a reference image.
Upload an image under the Reference section to generate variations with the uploaded object while maintaining the style referenced.

  8. To resize or reposition an object and generate new image variations, select the object to detect the frame around it. When you resize or reposition an object, the highlighted object shows the image's anticipated position relative to its original position.

  9. Once you have placed the object at the desired position and resized it, select Generate.

The object is highlighted and ready for resize or reposition.
The highlighted object shows where the image is expected to be placed as compared to its original position.
