Create, share, use, and manage Style Kits

Create and share Style Kits with teammates to speed up on-brand content creation.

Try it in the app

Create and share a customized Style Kit in a few simple steps.

Note:

To create and save Style Kits in Adobe Firefly, you must be entitled to Creative Cloud for enterprise Pro Firefly (Creative Cloud for enterprise – Edition 4) or/and Creative Cloud Pro Plus (Creative Cloud for enterprise – Edition 4 w/Premium Stock) plans. If you don't, you can access and use Style Kits shared with you only using the collaboration invitation links. Contact your Adobe administrator to request access if you use Firefly through a company-owned account.

With the Style Kits feature in Adobe Firefly, you can collaborate effectively with team members and ensure that all image variations generated by your team maintain a consistent, on-brand style.

Once you generate an image using a text prompt, you can save it as Style Kits by specifying the settings (including prompt, specifications for content, structure, style, and more) that are hidden or locked. Then, share it with teammates to reuse the approved styles to speed up creation and promote consistency.

Style Kits can be used to:

  • Save an asset you created and use it as a template for additional assets in the same style.
  • Collaborate on campaigns with teammates and produce content with a consistent style.
  • Allow other users, such as marketers, to create content within the design and brand guidelines.
  • Empower the organization to use a brand's official style.

Create and share Style Kits

Before you begin:

Use a text prompt and settings such as adding objectsstyle, and composition references to generate image variations.

  1. Create image variations of your choice, and then select Save as style kit.

The image variations are generated, and the menu bar has different options, such as sharing and downloading the images. The Save as style kit is highlighted to save the current Text to Image controls and share it with collaborators.
Use Save as style kit to customize access to the Text to Image settings before sharing it with others.

  2. In the Save style kit dialog box that opens, enter a name for the kit.

  3. In the Settings section, select the settings invited users can use to generate image variations. Unchecked items will be turned off or hidden.

The Save style kit dialog box is open and has a list of controls to hide for the collaborators when generating their image variations. Currently, only Prompt and Content type options are made available to other users to use while generating image variations.
Before sharing it with others, use the Save as style kit dialog box to customize access to the Text to Image controls.

  4. Select Save.

  5. In the Share style kit dialog box, enter the recipient's name or email address to share the kit.

  6. Add a message if needed, and select Invite to view.

The Invite people dialog box is open, and shows the Email address field where you can add the details of the user whom you’d like to invite. The drop-down menu has two options for access permissions. Currently, the Can view is selected. There is a Message field where you can add a message for the invited user and an Invite to view button.
Before sharing the Style Kit with your team members, you can also add a message, specify access permission, copy the link, and directly share it.

  7. If you want to share an existing Style Kit you created or have the right to share, navigate to the Files page. Hover on the identified Style Kit, select the   icon, and select Share style kit

Result

You created a Style Kit and shared it.

Note:
  • You can access the saved Style Kits from the Files tab of the Firefly web app or from the Style Kit section in the panel.
  • Like other files saved in the cloud, Style Kits also consume your allocated Creative Cloud storage.

Use a shared Style Kit

Before you begin:

Ensure that a Style Kit is shared with you. You can find the invitation in your email or as a notification in the Creative Cloud desktop app.

  1. Use the link in the invitation to open the shared Style Kit.

  2. If you are entitled to the required enterprise plan, you can use the following options on the Firefly web app:

    • Use the Browse Kits option under the Style Kit section in the left panel.
    • Select the Files tab from the Firefly web app menubar to browse and open the shared kit.
The Style Kit section has the option to browse shared style kits and select the one to be used. A style kit named New Products is currently selected. There is also an option to reset the changes made to the exposed settings.
Browse through the shared Style Kits and start working with the exposed settings.

  3. In the Text to Image editor, use the available settings to make edits.

    Note:
    • The Text to Image editor will display only those controls checked while the Style Kit was created and saved. The unchecked ones are either hidden or turned off.
  4. Use the Reset option under the Style Kit section to revert any changes made to the settings and return them to their original state.

  5. Select Generate.

Result

You used a Style Kit shared with you and generated a set of image variations.

Manage Style Kits

If you or the invited collaborators have the required enterprise plan, Firefly will save the shared Style Kit under the Files tab of the Firefly web app. If not, you can access it using the link shared in the invitation. To access and manage the shared Style Kits or ones you created, do one of the following:

  • Select the Files option from the Firefly web app menubar.
  • Select the Browse kits option under the Style Kit section in the left panel, and then select View in files.

Leave a shared Style Kit

Once you leave a Style Kit, it's removed from the Style kits tab, and you'll no longer have access to it. Leaving a shared Style Kit will not delete it for the original creator.

  1. In the Files tab, hover over the Style Kit you want to leave.

  2. Select Leave and confirm that you want to leave the Style Kit

Result

You have left a shared Style Kit, and do not have access to it anymore.

Delete a Style Kit

  1. In the Files tab, hover over the Style Kit you want to delete.

    Note:

You can delete a Style Kit only if you created it.

  2. Select the   icon and select Delete from the menu.

The Style Kit named Product 3 has context menu opened. Currently, the Delete option is selected.
Deleting a Style Kit permanently deletes it for the creator and all collaborators it was shared with.

  3. In the Delete style kit dialog box that opens, select Permanently delete.

Result

You have deleted a Style Kit.
