Access and permissions

Review the following edit and access permissions when working on projects in Adobe Express.

  • You need edit permissions to add files, brands, or libraries to a project.
  • Brands and libraries are Premium features. If you are on a Free plan, you must upgrade to use elements within a brand kit or library, except templates. Learn more about creating and sharing Templates.
  • For Teams or Enterprise plans:
    • You can restrict project members from editing your brand or library in the Copy to and Move dialog box. When this toggle is on, project members can only view and use your selected brand or library, even if they have edit access to all items within the project.
    • When this toggle is off, project members with edit access can also edit your selected brand or library.
Note:

Try these solutions if you're facing issues with moving or copying files into a project in Adobe Express.
