Learn to troubleshoot common issues with assignments.

Students can’t see or access assignments

Try these workarounds if the students are unable to access assignments.

• Ensure the student has been invited to the Classroom or added to the assignment.
• Ensure that assignments are shared correctly by adding them to your Classroom in Adobe Express and/or sharing the direct link to the assignment.
• If you are using access to assignments via a Classroom: from Classrooms, check to make sure all students are included by toggling to Manage people. You'll see your student roster. You can add or remove students from this dashboard.

Azure role sync user can’t upload a roster from Azure

Automatic roster uploads are not available for Azure role sync users. Manually add students to your Classroom from Manage People in the top right menu.
