Connect Instagram for business account
Learn how to connect Adobe Express Content Scheduler to Instagram through your Facebook account.
It's only possible to automatically publish Instagram posts to Business accounts. If you regularly post on Instagram, you can change your account to a business account at https://help.instagram.com/502981923235522. Read about the benefits of converting to an Instagram Business account at https://business.instagram.com/getting-started.

Select the Manage connections tool.

Select Add new for Instagram, and then select Connect.

Select Connect via Facebook. Connect all Instagram profiles to your Facebook page to enable automatic publishing.

Ensure you’re logged into the correct Facebook account, and then select Continue.

Select all the Instagram Business accounts you want to link with Adobe Express. Select Next.

Select all the Facebook pages you want to connect to.
Tip:Choose Select all to connect all pages for ease. You’ll be able to select the correct account in the next step.

Ensure all permissions are toggled to yes. Select Done.

Select the account you want to connect to Adobe Express Content Scheduler. Once you’ve received confirmation that your account is linked, select Return to Adobe Express.
Result
Content Scheduler is connected to your Facebook account.
- Connections to social media accounts expire after 60 days. Select Schedule > Manage connections and then select Reconnect next to each account to reconnect.
- Instagram's current restrictions prevent the publishing of stories with an Instagram Creator account. If you wish to publish stories, we recommend changing your Instagram account type to Business.
