Configure the New request signature experience

Enable or disable access to the new request signature experience on the Send page.

Overview

The New request signature experience controls govern access to the new version of the compose process on the Send page.

Options are available to set the default user experience when launching the Send page and to provide a switch link to allow users to flip between environments.

Note:

The new Request Signature experience isn't at parity with the classic Send experience, so it is recommended that the switch link be enabled until parity is achieved.

Best practices

Given the new experience will ultimately replace the classic experience, it's recommended to promote the new experience as soon as possible so users can take their time to learn the new process while not inhibiting their workflow.

The switch link should be enabled until such time as you believe your users are fully confident in the new process.

Tip:

Developers can use the new Request Signature environment as a cookieless experience for their applications.
