Share projects to troubleshoot timeline issues

Last updated on May 6, 2026

Resolve issues in Firefly video editor (beta) by sharing a timeline's project with Adobe support.

If you’re experiencing unexpected behavior in a Firefly video editor timeline, sharing your project with Adobe Support can help them reproduce the issue and diagnose the cause more effectively.

Before you share

A Firefly video editor timeline is stored within a project, along with all associated media. Think of a project as a folder in Adobe cloud storage. To share a timeline, you need to share the project it's in.

Important

When you share a project with other people, they can view all timelines and media within that project.

Share your project with Adobe support

Follow these steps to share your project:

Go to Projects on Adobe home.

Locate the project you want to share.

Select the more options icon then select Share.

Select Share

In the Add people or groups field, enter the email address provided by Adobe Support.

You can add one or multiple collaborators to any project.

Press Enter or Tab to confirm the email.

Select Invite to project.

You can also define access type for collaborators to Can edit, and Can comment.
