    Error code 131: "Installation conflict" or "Creative Cloud update failed"

    You can get error code 131 when you're trying to update the Creative Cloud desktop app or when installing Adobe Acrobat. This error occurs when some background processes (Adobe Content Synchronizer, CCLibrary, Creative Cloud Content Manager, and Node) or other open applications (such as a Microsoft Office application) interfere with the installation or update.
