Remove distractions in a photo with Generative Remove

The Remove feature now offers enhanced selection and object detection capabilities. With Detect Objects, you can swiftly circle or scribble over an object to eliminate it from your photos. For optimal results, scribble over the surrounding shadows and any extra spaces around the object you wish to remove.

Generative Expand

Generative Expand, powered by Adobe Firefly generative AI, extends your canvas beyond its initial size, helping you achieve the desired aspect ratio while keeping the original subject intact.

Generative Expand is currently available as Technology Preview. To access the feature in the Crop panel, select New AI Features and Settings Panel in Adobe Camera Raw Preferences > Technology Preview. You can also share your feedback and suggestions by selecting   Provide feedback.

Other enhancements 

  • The Denoise feature now supports more file formats including Apple ProRaw from the iPhone camera.
  • Enhance photos with the new Adobe Adaptive (Beta) Profile. Try this profile for image-adaptive adjustments for both SDR and HDR.
  • You can use Denoise, Raw Details, and Super Resolution non-destructively in the Detail panel without creating a new DNG file.
  • With the newly introduced adaptive presets, you can selectively enhance elements of your photos, from smoothing skin to simulating the sky at golden hour.
