Overview
Adobe Acrobat Sign for Microsoft 365 is a Microsoft AppSource listing that links to the following three Adobe Acrobat Sign Add-ins:
- Adobe Acrobat Sign for MS Teams
- Adobe Acrobat Sign for MS Outlook
- Adobe Acrobat Sign for MS Office
Adobe Acrobat Sign for Microsoft 365 enables Microsoft Admins to deploy all three apps simultaneously through the Microsoft admin center or directly from the Microsoft AppSource.
It also allows non-admin users to deploy the Adobe Acrobat Sign apps from the Microsoft AppSource via the Adobe Acrobat Sign for Microsoft 365 Landing Page.

You can now use Acrobat Sign for Microsoft Teams applications to sign documents that require secondary authentication. Learn how to sign documents with secondary authentication.
Microsoft administrators can deploy Adobe Acrobat Sign for Microsoft 365 from the Microsoft admin center using following steps:
To delete the deployed apps:
- From the list of Integrated apps, select Adobe Acrobat Sign for Microsoft 365.
- On the Overview page that opens, select Configuration from the top menu or select Manage Configurations.
- Under Deployed apps, select checkboxes for all the add-ins that you want to delete, and then select Remove.
It deletes all the selected apps.
To delete Adobe Acrobat Sign for Microsoft 365:
- Hover over the app and from the message that appears, select Azure active directory. Alternatively, from under Advanced settings, select Azure Active Directory.
- On the Azure Active Directory admin center page that opens, select Properties from the left panel.
- From the top menu, select Delete. Then, select Yes to confirm.
It deletes Adobe Acrobat Sign for Microsoft 365 app.

Workflow for Microsoft Admins

Go to Microsoft AppSource and log in to your account.

Note: When signing in for the first time, you may see a dialog that asks you to provide your profile information, as shown below. In the dialog, provide the required information and select the consent statement checkbox. Next, select Continue.

In the page that opens, select Free trial and follow through the process.
Or select Microsoft Admin to deploy the add-ins for your users. It opens the Microsoft admin center, where you can follow the steps as mentioned under Deploy Adobe Acrobat Sign for Microsoft 365 from Microsoft Admin Center.

Follow the instructions on the Adobe Acrobat Sign for Microsoft Teams 2.0 Add-in to install and use the add-in.
