Adjust a specific part of an image

On the Photoshop on iPhone homescreen, select Create new   and browse for a photo.

Switch to the Tools workspace.

Select Select area > Tap select   to make a selection.

Select the checkmark   if the selection looks good.

Select Light and color, and use the sliders under the following sections to refine the selected area:

• Light: Adjust exposure, contrast, and tonal balance to control overall illumination.
• Color: Modify color intensity and balance to enhance or correct colors.
• Effects: Apply creative enhancements, such as textures or stylistic adjustments.
• Detail: Sharpen edges and fine-tune clarity to enhance image detail.

Select the checkmark   to commit the change.

On the Photoshop on Android homescreen, select Create new   and browse for a photo.

Switch to the Tools workspace.

Select Select area > Tap select  .

Select the Next icon to apply the selection.

• Hue and saturation: Changes colors, saturation, and lightness.
• Brightness and contrast: Makes simple adjustments to the tonal range.
• Black and white: Changes color to black and white.
• Color balance: Adjusts the color balance across the entire image.
• Exposure: Adjusts the amount of light.
• Vibrance: Enhances muted colors.

Select the checkmark   to commit the change.
