Can I share my Adobe account with family members or friends?

No, individual plans are for one person only. You can't have more than one person share an individual plan. Read more about the Use of Services and Software and User Conduct in Adobe General Terms of Use and learn how to best use your individual Adobe licenses and memberships.

Can I use my Adobe subscription on two devices?

An individual plan allows you to:

  • Use Adobe apps on only one device at a time
  • Sign in (activate) your account on up to two devices

If you want to sign in to (activate) Adobe apps on a third device, you’ll need to sign out of (deactivate) another device first. Learn more about using an Adobe app on more than one device

Can I share my login credentials?

No, you can't have more than one person share an individual plan. You can find more information in the sections Use of Services and Software and User Conduct in Adobe General Terms of Use.

How do I manage devices I'm signed into (activated devices)?

Follow these steps to manage devices you're signed into (activated devices) with your Adobe account.

  1. Sign in to your Adobe account online.

  2. Sign yourself or someone else out of a device by selecting Deactivate next to the device's name.

When you sign out of (deactivate) a device, the Adobe apps will no longer work on that device, and your files will stop syncing on it.

How do I sign out of an Adobe app or account?

First, make sure that your device is connected to the internet. Open your Adobe app and select Help > Sign Out. Then select Sign Out on the next screen to confirm.

What if a device I’m signed into is no longer available?

If you're no longer able to access the device on which you installed an Adobe product, or if you've formatted the hard drive or experienced a crash, you can sign out of (deactivate) the device from your Adobe account if the app is part of Creative Cloud All Apps. Sign in to your Adobe account and select Deactivate for the device from which you want to sign out.

Can I switch from an individual to a team plan?

In most circumstances, individuals can switch from an individual to a team plan, but some exceptions exist. Team plans are for multiple people.
