Didn't receive expected email from Adobe

Use this article to learn how to troubleshoot when you have not received subscription-related emails.

Adobe sends emails in various situations, such as when:

  • You request Adobe to email your membership password.
  • You purchase on the Adobe Store or another Adobe e-commerce platform.
  • You create a case in the Adobe Customer Care Portal.
  • You convert a PDF using Create Adobe PDF Online.
  • A hosted service on Adobe.com requires email verification.
  • We send auto-renewal reminders.
Note:

Emails are sent 30 days before your subscription expires or when a new invoice is generated for your subscription payments.

Follow these troubleshooting tips to resolve issues with not receiving emails from Adobe.

Check Mailbox settings

Your mailbox settings might be preventing you from receiving emails. Try these solutions to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the emails.

Check bulk or junk email folders

Search your junk or bulk email folders for emails from Adobe. Your mail administrator or email program could have automatically created bulk email folders and added filters to move emails to these folders without your knowledge.

Turn off spam blockers

Adobe's email system does not work with some anti-spam software, such as those that use autoresponse or challenge methods to block unwanted email. To fix this, temporarily disable the software and wait for the email to arrive.

If your organization uses a spam appliance or application, ensure it's configured to allow email from Adobe and Amazon Web Services.

Note:

On many email servers, marking an Adobe email as spam causes the server to automatically direct all future Adobe emails to the spam folder.

Add the Adobe.com email domain to your address book

Adding the Adobe.com domain to your address book ensures you can receive email messages from Adobe.

Check your email security settings

Sometimes, a high-security setting for your email can block messages from Adobe. Adjust your setting to Medium or Medium-High to ensure you receive them.

Check with your email administrator

If you haven’t received the email from Adobe, ask your mail administrator to check if your server’s disk space is full. Additionally, your email administrator may need to add Adobe’s mail server to your company’s allowlist using the following IP addresses and subnets:

  • 54.240.14.29
  • 54.240.14.30
  • 54.240.27.170
