Change email address for your Adobe account

Learn how to change your email address if you're planning to switch to a new email address or want to update the current one.

How to change your email address

Note:

Are you a Teams user? If you're part of an Adobe Teams account (not an individual customer), contact your Adobe admin to change the primary email address.

  1. In the Account information and access section, select Change next to Primary email (Adobe ID).

  2. Enter your new email address, and then select Change.

    You've successfully changed your email address. Adobe sends you a confirmation email informing you about the change.
