How to change your email address

Are you a Teams user?

If you're part of an Adobe Teams account (not an individual customer), contact your Adobe admin to change the primary email address.

You can change your primary email address on your Adobe account page if you plan to switch to a new one or update your current email. Take these steps to change your email address. 

  1. In the Account information and access section, select Change next to Primary email (Adobe ID).

    You can also change your account name, or add a secondary email in the Account information and access section.

  2. Enter your new email address, and select Change.

    Add a valid email address that you frequently use.

  3. Enter the verification code that you receive in your email, and select Verify

    You've successfully changed your primary email address.

    You receive a confirmation email informing you about the change.
