In the LiveCycle Administration Console, click Services > Applications and Services > Service Management.
Perform the following steps to configure LiveCycle to use an SMTP server to send emails to the citizens.
Configure the EmailService

Search and click EmailService.

In the Configuration tab, specify the following information:
In the SMTP Host field, specify the IP address or the URL of the SMTP server you want to configure.
In the SMTP Port Number field, specify the port number to connect to the SMTP server.
Select SMTP Authenticate if user authentication is required to connect to the SMTP server.
In the SMTP User field, specify the user name for logging in to the SMTP server.
In the SMTP Password field, specify the password associated with the SMTP user account.

Click Save.
Add recipient’s email ID
You can specify an email ID of the recipient in the HTML5 form and also add additional email IDs using Administration Console.
note: The email ID specified in the form receives emails only for the tasks associated with the respective form. However, the email IDs specified in DemoApplication service receive all the emails for all the tasks added to the demo application.

In the LiveCycle Administration Console, click Services > Applications and Services > Service Management.

Search and open DemoApplication/process/EmailPostProcess: 1.0 service.

In the Configuration tab, specify the email ID of the recipient, click OK. To specify multiple email IDs, add comma after every email ID.
