Issue
Sometimes, when you perform any of the following tasks, Photoshop Elements Editor crashes:
- Use the Crop tool.
- Use the Photo Collage feature.
Reason
Photoshop Elements is installed at a custom location with double-byte characters in the location path.

Reinstall Photoshop Elements at a location that doesn’t contain any double-byte characters.
