Share links to Creative Cloud files in your emails with the Adobe Creative Cloud add-on for Gmail. Also, save attachments from your inbox directly to your Creative Cloud storage.
System requirements
The Adobe Creative Cloud add-on for Google Workspace in Gmail works on all widely used browsers and platforms, including the Gmail mobile apps.
How to install Creative Cloud add-on for Google Workspace
Depending on the type of Gmail account you have, follow the instructions given below.
Admins can enable the Creative Cloud for Gmail add-on for their team from Google Admin Console.

Select the
icon in the right sidebar.

Search for "Adobe Creative Cloud" and select the add-on.

Select Install, and then follow the onscreen instructions.
You might have to log in to your Creative Cloud account, if you aren’t already logged in.
How to share links to Creative Cloud files in emails
Adobe Creative Cloud for Gmail add-on lets you bring content stored in Creative Cloud Files, Libraries, and Mobile Creations directly in your Gmail messages so you can easily share files or assets created in applications like XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom. Currently, the add-on doesn't support sharing cloud documents, library elements, published XD and Dn files, and assets which you don't own but which have been shared with you.

Open your Gmail inbox.

When you're ready to add a link to an email, select the Creative Cloud icon
at the bottom of the message.
A pop-up window opens, displaying your Creative Cloud assets.
Enterprise and team end users
If your Admin has restricted add-on installation for end users, you won't be able to install it.

Select the asset you want to attach, and then select Insert.
A link to the file along with a thumbnail is displayed in your email body. Your mail is ready to be sent.
Enterprise and teams end users
If your admin has enforced a restrictive policy on sharing of public links, you won't be able to create public links with the add-on. Contact your admin to enable public link sharing on your Adobe account.
Note:
The add-on supports sharing Creative Cloud assets and libraries only publicly. If you've already shared some Creative Cloud assets privately, you're prompted to update the privacy setting to public for those assets. To learn more, see Share a file or folder publicly.
How to save email attachments to cloud storage
Save your email attachments directly to Synced files in your Creative Cloud account.

Open the Gmail message containing the files that you want to save.

Select the Creative Cloud icon
in the right sidebar.
The Creative Cloud panel opens on the right.

From the Creative Cloud panel, select the files you’d like to save to your Creative Cloud account.
Note:
The maximum allowed file size to save your attachments to Creative Cloud directly is 100 MB.

Select Save to save your attachments to Synced Files.
