How do I find out if I have access to the complimentary membership?
Sign in to Adobe Express with your business profile. You'll be automatically provisioned with the products and services included in the complimentary membership. You'll receive an email notification detailing the membership benefits and can view what's included by signing into your account and reviewing your plan on the Adobe account page.

I don’t have an Adobe business account, how do I get one?
To join a team, you can either request to join or accept an invitation. If these options are unavailable, you can contact your administrator to request a business account.
What happens if my plan is canceled?
If your plan is canceled, you'll lose access to the features and services available with the complimentary membership. However, you can still access your Creative Cloud files on your computers and the Creative Cloud website with the 5GB of cloud storage included in the complimentary membership. If you exceed the 5GB limit at the time of cancellation, you have 30 days to move files out of cloud storage. After this 30-day period, access to some or all files stored on Creative Cloud servers may be removed. Learn how to check storage usage.
How can I see company files and assets with my complimentary membership?
Sign in to Adobe Express with your business profile. Go to the Brands section to find brand kits or shared assets created by your team, such as logos, colors, fonts, and templates. Use these assets in your projects to seamlessly apply brand elements to flyers, social posts, or other designs. You can update the brand kit to ensure everyone has access to the latest materials. How can I edit Photoshop and Illustrator files shared with me?
You can upload Photoshop (.PSD) or Illustrator (.AI) files with layers directly to Adobe Express by converting them into Adobe Express files. Adobe Express preserves the original layers, allowing you to customize text, graphics, colors, and other design elements easily. Once you’ve made your edits, save your changes and either download the updated file or share it back with your colleagues.
Can I edit Acrobat files?
Yes, you can work with Acrobat files in Adobe Express, but editing capabilities depend on your plan:
- Complimentary membership: The complimentary membership allows you to view, share, and comment on PDFs. These tools are great for basic collaboration and feedback.
- Upgrade to Premium: For advanced editing capabilities, such as modifying text, images, and layouts in PDFs, upgrading to an Acrobat Premium plan is required. Premium also offers tools like converting PDFs to other formats and combining files.
