Learn how to change your Creative Cloud for teams plan if you are a system admin or contract owner and purchased the plan directly from Adobe.
To change your plan, sign in to the Adobe Admin Console, go to Account, and scroll to the Plans and licenses section. Select Manage for the relevant plan and then select Change Plan.
Learn how to change your plan
If you purchased your plan directly from Adobe, you can change some or all of your licenses to another plan at any time, with changes taking effect immediately. Unselected licenses will remain on your current plan, while selected ones will automatically switch to the new plan.
-
-
Scroll down to Plans and licenses.
-
Select Manage > Change Plan.
Note:We’re gradually rolling out this feature. If it’s not yet visible for your account, contact Customer Care using the Support tab in the Admin Console to make any necessary plan changes.
-
Select the licenses you want to change.
-
Select Change.
-
Choose Select plan on a plan card.
Tip:To compare multiple plans, select the checkboxes next to each one, and then select Compare. If you don’t find the desired plans, select the Chat icon to contact Adobe Customer Care.
-
Review the changes, and then select Agree and subscribe.
The existing plan for selected licenses is canceled and the new plan is effective immediately. System admins and the affected users receive email notifications about the plan change.
Prorated charges and refunds
There isn't a penalty for changing your plan. You'll receive a prorated refund for the unused time on the old plan in 3–5 business days and be charged a prorated fee for the remaining time in the current billing period for the new plan.
Storage and assets
The storage space remains unchanged and your assets are not affected. However, if you downgrade your plan, the storage limit may change.
Renewal date
The renewal date will remain the same as your previous plan. For example, if your contract renewal date is December 10, 2024, and you change the plan on June 14, 2024, the new plan will still renew on December 10, 2024, with the rest of the contract.
Billing plan type
Your billing plan type will remain the same when you change your plan. If your existing plan is billed monthly, your new plan will be too.
Promotional pricing
When updating the plan for products with promotional pricing, modifying the plan for only some licenses will keep the promo price for the unchanged licenses, while the modified licenses will switch to the new plan’s displayed price. However, if you update the plan for all licenses, the promotional price will not carry over. Instead, the new plan’s pricing will apply, ending the promotional plan.
