Overview

Adobe Acrobat Sign for Microsoft 365 is a Microsoft AppSource listing that links to the following three Adobe Acrobat Sign Add-ins:

  • Adobe Acrobat Sign for MS Teams
  • Adobe Acrobat Sign for MS Outlook
  • Adobe Acrobat Sign for MS Office

Adobe Acrobat Sign for Microsoft 365 enables Microsoft Admins to deploy all three apps simultaneously through the Microsoft admin center or directly from the Microsoft AppSource.

It also allows non-admin users to deploy the Adobe Acrobat Sign apps from the Microsoft AppSource via the Adobe Acrobat Sign for Microsoft 365 Landing Page.

You can now use Acrobat Sign for Microsoft Teams applications to sign documents that require secondary authentication. Learn how to sign documents with secondary authentication.

Deploy Adobe Acrobat Sign for Microsoft 365 from Microsoft Admin Center

Microsoft administrators can deploy Adobe Acrobat Sign for Microsoft 365 from the Microsoft admin center using following steps:

  1. Go to Microsoft 365 administrator center and log in using your credentials.

  2. From the navigation menu on the left, go to Settings > Integrated apps.

  3. Select Get apps.

  4. In the admin center AppSource window, search for Adobe Acrobat Sign for Microsoft 365.

  5. From the search results, locate Adobe Acrobat Sign for Microsoft 365 and select Get it now.

  6. In the dialog that opens, read the terms of use and privacy policy details, and then select the consent statement checkbox. Next, select Continue.

  7. In the dialog that appears, select Deploy.

  8. In the Configuration page that opens, you may deselect any app if you do not want to deploy all the apps. Then, select Next.

  9. Under Assign Users, select one of the user options:

    • Just me
    • Entire organization
    • Specific users/groups

    Then, select Next.

  10. To accept permissions and deploy Adobe Acrobat Sign for Microsoft 365:

    1. For the app, select Accept permissions.
    2. When prompted, select your Microsoft account.
    3. In the Permissions dialog that opens, review the permission details and select Accept.

  11. To accept permissions and deploy Adobe Acrobat Sign for Microsoft Teams:

    1. For the app, select Accept permissions.
    2. When prompted, select your Microsoft account.
    3. In the Permissions dialog that opens, select Accept.

  12. Once the permissions are accepted, scroll down the page and then select Next

  13. Under Review and finish deployment, review the apps and the selected settings. Then, select Finish deployment.

  14. When the deployment is complete, select Done

    The deployed app appears in the list of Integrated apps. Select the app to open the Overview and Configuration flyout, which allows you to check and modify the app settings or delete the app, if needed.

To delete the deployed apps:

  1. From the list of Integrated apps, select Adobe Acrobat Sign for Microsoft 365
  2. On the Overview page that opens, select Configuration from the top menu or select Manage Configurations.
  3. Under Deployed apps, select checkboxes for all the add-ins that you want to delete, and then select Remove

It deletes all the selected apps.

To delete Adobe Acrobat Sign for Microsoft 365:

  1. Hover over the app and from the message that appears, select Azure active directory. Alternatively, from under Advanced settings, select Azure Active Directory.
  2. On the Azure Active Directory admin center page that opens, select Properties from the left panel.
  3. From the top menu, select Delete. Then, select Yes to confirm.

It deletes Adobe Acrobat Sign for Microsoft 365 app.

Deploy Adobe Acrobat Sign for Microsoft 365 from Microsoft AppSource

Workflow for Microsoft Admins

  1. Go to Microsoft AppSource and log in to your account. 

  2. In the Search bar, search for Adobe Acrobat Sign.

  3. Locate Adobe Acrobat Sign for Microsoft 365 and select Get it now.

  4. In the dialog that opens, select the consent statement checkbox. Next, select Continue.

    Note: When signing in for the first time, you may see a dialog that asks you to provide your profile information, as shown below. In the dialog, provide the required information and select the consent statement checkbox. Next, select Continue.

  5. When prompted, select your Microsoft account. 

  6. In the Permissions requested dialog that opens, select the Consent statement checkbox, and then select Accept.

  7. In the page that opens, select Free trial and follow through the process.
    Or select Microsoft Admin to deploy the add-ins for your users. It opens the Microsoft admin center, where you can follow the steps as mentioned under Deploy Adobe Acrobat Sign for Microsoft 365 from Microsoft Admin Center.

Workflow for Non-admin users

  1. Go to Microsoft AppSource and log in to your account.

  2. Locate and select Adobe Acrobat Sign for Microsoft 365 to open the web app’s main page. Next, select Get it now.

  3. In the dialog that opens, select the consent statement checkbox, and then select Continue.

  4. In the Permissions requested dialog that opens, select Accept.

  5. In the page that opens, under Not an administrator? Install Adobe Acrobat Sign add-ins for yourself, select a button for the app that you want to install:

    • Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
    • Microsoft Teams
    • Microsoft Outlook

  6. For the app that you selected, select Get it now in the dialog that opens.

  7. In the dialog that opens, select the consent statement checkbox, and then select Continue.

  8. Follow the instructions on the Adobe Acrobat Sign for Microsoft Teams 2.0 Add-in to install and use the add-in.
