Use strokes to change the appearance of the outlines of your objects in a few simple steps.

  1. Select an object and then select the Stroke tool from the toolbar.

  2. Select Solid and then select a color from the Color wheel or type the color number in HEX code.

  3. Select the ellipsis  icon to choose a different color model.

  4. Select the Color Picker icon to pick and apply any color from another artwork.

  5. In the Properties panel, selected Solid or Dotted from the Stroke section.

    Modify or edit strokes using the Properties panel.

  6. In the Stroke weight field, type the weight you want to set for the stroke.

  7. Adjust your stroke styles further using the Align Stroke, Cap, and Corner options.

Note:

When you create an object, the stroke of the object is set to 1 pt by default.
