Share files for review

Open the PDF and select Share from the top menu.

Select the option under Link access and choose who can access the link and what they can do:

• Anyone with the link
• Anyone in <your org> with the link
• Invited people only

What they can do:

• Add comments, and add or remove files and notes
• Add comments
• View files and notes

Tap Apply.

Choose how to share:

• Direct invite: Tap Invite people  and follow through the workflow.
• Via email: Select your preferred email app, and follow the prompts to send the invite.
• Via link: Tap Get link and share the copied link through your preferred mode.
• As a copy: Tap Send a copy and follow through the workflow.

Open the PDF and select Share from the top menu.

Tap Add comments to enable commenting, and then tap Apply.

Choose how to share:

• Direct invite: Tap Invite people  and follow through the workflow.
• Via email: Select your preferred email app and follow the prompts to send the invite.
• Via link: Tap Get link  and share it through your preferred communication app. Anyone with the link can access the file.
• As a copy: Tap Send a copy and follow through the workflow.
• Via AirDrop: Tap Share via... > AirDrop and wait for the receiving device to appear. On the receiving device, select Acrobat when the Open with dialog appears.
