You can now share mail as pdf link using the share option in Outlook PDFMaker. The feature is available only on Windows devices.

When you launch the latest version of Acrobat, you can discover and try out Adobe Express features from within the What's New modal. With easy-to-use design tools from Adobe Express, you can create professional-looking PDF documents.

Request e-signatures seamlessly
You can now request e-signatures from the right-click menu in Acrobat for all documents. The right-click menu makes it easier to access and discover the Fill & Sign and Request e-signature tools.

Create PDFs from Microsoft Office apps (Windows only)
With our new Acrobat Reader plugin, you can now create PDFs from within your Microsoft Office 365 applications. With a free plan, you get a limited number of transactions, after which you can purchase an Acrobat subscription to continue using the feature.
We're rolling out this capability as an experiment. It may not be available to everyone.
