Use the emulation mode to run Premiere Pro and Media Encoder
You can run version 23.6.8 of Premiere Pro and Media Encoder in the emulation mode on CoPilot+ PCs (powered by Snapdragon) ARM architecture-based processors.
Minimum System Requirements
- Windows 11
- RAM: 16 GB
Known limitation
- Premiere Pro and Media Encoder currently don't leverage all hardware capabilities on ARM-based Windows machines for video decoding and encoding.
- Libraries are not available in the Essential Graphic panel.
- ProRes RAW support isn't available.
- Playback of AC3 audio, including a video that contains AC3 tracks, isn't available.
