Verify your education status to continue with the discounted plan

Adobe provides an education discount on Creative Cloud All apps plan. This discount is offered exclusively to enrolled students, and students and educators at accredited schools.

Graduated students receive an email notification about the upcoming price increase thirty days before the contract renewal date.

The notification includes information about:

Upgrade price
Upgrade date
Education status verification link to confirm student status and an extended student discount
Link to Account Management where you can manage your subscription

Note:

If you verify your education status after you upgrade to a non-education price, contact Adobe Customer Care to switch back to the student price.

How to validate your student status

Sign in with your Adobe ID and password, and navigate to https://account.adobe.com/profile.

Click Account and security.
Click Account.
In the Education information section, click Edit information to update your education information (the system verifies the updated education information once you submit the changes).
If you have received a graduation notification email before the account expiry date, click Verify your education status here in the notification mail.
In the Verification screen (automated verification), update your education information and click submit.

In the Upload screen, drag the document to manually upload the education document if the automated verification fails. Click Submit to confirm the document upload.

An agent from SheerID (Adobe’s education status verification partner) reviews the document and confirms your education status. This process normally takes less than 20 minutes.
