Learn how to connect your social account with your Adobe account to manage your Adobe account with a few simple steps.

Connect your social account with your existing Adobe account

When your social and Adobe email addresses are the same

If your social account email address and Adobe email address are the same, then you can connect your social account to manage your Adobe account better.

  1. Select Continue with Facebook

  2. Sign in to your Facebook credentials.
  3. Select Continue as [username].

  4. If your Facebook settings are configured to hide your email address from third-party apps, you're prompted to enter your email address.

    Enter your Adobe account email address and then select Continue.

  5. If your Facebook email address isn't hidden from third-party apps, you're prompted to connect your social account with your Adobe account.

    Select Connect with Facebook.

  6. A verification code is sent to your Adobe email address. Enter the verification code.

    Note: If you've enabled two-step verification in your Adobe account, you're prompted to enter another verification code received on your phone.

  7. Select OK.

    Your Adobe account is now connected to your Facebook account. You can now sign in to your Adobe account with your Facebook account or continue to sign in with your Adobe email address as before.

  1. Select Continue with Google

  2. Sign in using your Google credentials.
  3. You're prompted to connect your Adobe account with your Google account.

    Select Connect with Google.

  4. A verification code is sent to your Adobe email address. Enter the verification code.

    Note: If you've enabled two-step verification in your Adobe account, you are prompted to enter another verification code received on your phone.

  5. Select OK.

    Your Adobe account is now connected to your Google account. You can now sign in to your Adobe account with your Google account or continue to sign in with your Adobe email address as before.

  1. Select Continue with Apple.

  2. Sign in to your Apple account.

  3. Select Continue as [username].

  4. If your Apple privacy settings allow you to share your email address with third-party apps, you're prompted to connect your Adobe account with your Apple account.

    Select Connect with Apple. You can skip the other steps and go directly to step 8.

  5. If your Apple settings are configured to hide your email address from third-party apps, you're prompted to provide your email address.

    When prompted, select Yes, I have an existing account.

  6. Enter your email address, and select Continue.

  7. A verification code is sent to your Adobe email address. Enter the verification code.

    Note: If you've enabled two-step verification in your Adobe account, you're prompted to enter another verification code received on your phone.

  8. Select OK.

    Your Adobe account is now connected to your social account. You can now sign in to your Adobe account with your social account or continue to sign in with your Adobe email address as before.

When your social and Adobe email addresses are different

If you have a different Adobe email address, such as janedoe@example.com, and a social email address such as jane_doe61@example.com but want to manage your Adobe account from your social account, then you can connect your social account in a few simple steps.

  1. In the Social sign-in section, select Connect next to Facebook, Google, or Apple.

  2. Follow the onscreen instructions. 

Your Adobe account is now connected to your social account. You can now sign in to your Adobe account with your social account or continue to sign in with your Adobe email address as before.

Note: If you are using a shared computer, ensure that you sign out of Facebook, Google, or Apple when signing out of any Adobe app or web page.

Disconnect your social account from your existing Adobe account

  1. In the Social sign-in section, select Disconnect next to the social account you want to disconnect.

  2. When prompted, select Disconnect.

Your social account is disconnected.

Note: You may be prompted to create a password before disconnecting your social account if you have never set up a password for your account.
