Generative Shape Fill, powered by the latest Adobe Firefly Vector Model, lets you easily ideate and fill shapes with detailed vector graphics in your own style. Select a shape and enter a brief description of the fill, and you get multiple variations as output.
As you type, prompt suggestions help you add more detail to the output you envisioned. You can also use various settings along with your prompt for a more refined output. Adjust shape strength and detail, match the output style to your artwork, and apply preset style effects as required. You can also specify color and tone to get an output with a refined palette.

Text to Pattern, powered by the latest Adobe Firefly Vector Model, lets you ideate and create elaborate vector patterns effortlessly. Enter a brief description of the pattern you have in mind, and you get multiple pattern variations as output.
If you want ideas for your pattern, explore the sample prompts. As you type, prompt suggestions give you more creative guidance. In addition, you can set color and tone and apply effects for a more fine-tuned output.

The enhancements to Text to Vector Graphic let you create detailed vector graphics effortlessly. If you ever face a creative block or struggle to craft an effective prompt, sample prompts offer you inspiration. In addition, prompt suggestions guide you along as you type, giving more depth to your creative ideas. You can use the enhanced settings along with the prompt for a more refined output. Adjust the level of detail, match the output style to your artwork, and apply preset style effects as required. You can also specify color and tone to get an output with a refined color scheme.
Output variations contain optimum anchor points for easy editing, and they retain sharpness even when scaled. The reimagined Mockup panel helps you create mockups with ease. If you don't have an image, you can preview your vector art on the newly curated free templates in the panel, and use any of them for mockup creation. You no longer have to buy them from Adobe Stock. Whether you work with your own image or a template, you can add the resulting mockup to the panel as a template for future use.
Advancements in perspective ensure that vector art fits more realistically and accurately onto objects in images, with improved depth and angles. Additionally, vector art wraps around the surfaces of various objects more accurately. Learn more about Mockup.
Retype is now more accessible than before as you no longer need a GPU (graphics card) in your computer to match fonts or edit outlined text. However, a GPU is still needed to edit text within images. Open a specific page from a PDF file quickly
When you open a PDF file in Illustrator, you now have the option to import the specific page you see in the preview. Once you run through the pages in the preview and find the one you need, you can open it quickly. Learn more about the PDF import options.
Export as PDF in Illustrator
You can now export as PDF in Illustrator. Simply go to File > Export > Export As and select PDF from the drop-down. You can also configure the required settings using the default or custom presets. Learn more about the PDF export options.
Search missing links quickly by copying their names
You can now copy the names of linked files from Links panel menu > Copy Info. With the copied information, you can effortlessly search the files on your computer to locate or modify them. Learn more about managing links.
