Add reactions to reviews on shared files

You can now enhance your reviews on shared PDFs in Acrobat by adding reaction emojis to comments, making the reviews more interactive. To add reactions:

  1. Open a shared PDF and select the Comments panel.

  2. Select the emoticon icon next to the comment you want to react to. A dialog box appears.

  3. Select an emoticon from the dialog box or use the search bar to find and select your desired reaction.

Access AI Assistant chats across multiple documents

Acrobat's AI Assistant now supports cloud files with a persistent chat history across multiple documents. This feature allows you to easily revisit and continue previous conversations with the AI Assistant, ensuring seamless workflow continuity across your cloud-stored files.

Support for new languages for AI Assistant

In addition to English, Acrobat AI Assistant now supports French and German documents.

Access Adobe Express features from Acrobat

Access Remove background and Generative fill features of Adobe Express directly from the Edit panel in Acrobat.

To access these features:

  1. In the Edit panel, select Image from the Add Content section.

  2. Choose an image to insert it in the document. The Remove background and Generative fill options appear in the Edit panel.

  3. Select Remove background or Generative fill to use these features and edit your images in Adobe Express.

Easier access to the Stamp tool 

Acrobat now makes it easier to access Stamps palette. Besides the All Tools menu, you can now find it under the Draw freehand tools menu. You can also add the Stamp tool directly to the Quick Action toolbar.

  1. Select Draw Freehand tools from the Quick action toolbar.

  2. Select the Stamps palette tool.

You can add the Stamp tool separately in the Quick action toolbar for easy access.  

  1. From the Quick action toolbar, select   Add, remove or reorder tools. 

  2.  Select Customize toolbar.

  3. From the Customize toolbar dialog box, Select Add a stamp > Stamps.

  4. Select the Add to toolbar icon. 

Streamlined user management for Team Admins

Acrobat for enterprise

Team Admins can now manage users and purchase additional seats directly within the Acrobat app, streamlining their workflow. Previously, these actions were only available through the Admin Console. The new functionality can be accessed from the profile menu in the upper right within the Acrobat app.
