Technical Communication Suite system requirements

This article lists the system requirements for September 2022 release and Summer 2020 release of Technical Communication Suite.

Technical Communication Suite (September 2022 release)

  • Core i5 or faster processor
  • 64-bit CPU and operating system
  • Microsoft® Windows® 11 or 10
  • 16 GB or higher RAM recommended
  • 128 GB of available hard-disk space for installation; additional free space required during installation (cannot install on a volume that uses a case-sensitive file system or on removable flash storage devices)
  • JRE 8
  • Maximum supported screen resolution – 4K (3480 x 2160, 8.3 megapixels, aspect ratio 16:9)

This software does not operate without activation. A broadband Internet connection and registration are required for software activation, validation of subscriptions, and access to Online Services.

Phone activation is not available.

This product may integrate with or allow or facilitate access to certain online services provided or hosted by Adobe (“Adobe Online Service”) or Third-Party Providers (“Third Party Online Services”). Adobe Online Service and Third Party Online Services are collectively referred to as Online Service. Online Services are available only to users age 13 years and older. Adobe Online Service require agreement to additional terms of use, Adobe.com Terms of Use (http://www.adobe.com/go/terms)  and Adobe’s online privacy policy (www.adobe.com/go/terms) and Third Party Online Services are governed by terms, conditions, disclaimers, and notices found on website of such Third-Party Providers or otherwise associated with such Third Party Online Services. Summer 2020 release of Technical Communication Suite

  • Maximum supported screen resolution – 4K (3480 x 2160, 8.3 megapixels, aspect ratio 16:9)
  • Microsoft® PowerPoint 2016, 2013, or 2010 (is required if installing Adobe Presenter)
