Substance Maya Toolset
The Substance Maya Toolset (or SMT) is a script dedicated to Autodesk Maya that allow to call the batch tools directly from Maya.
The SMT can be downloaded via Substance Share : https://share.allegorithmic.com/libraries/1647
This script offer a lot of possibilities, such as :
- Automatic mesh export with triangulation
- Automatic smooth preview to polygon conversion for HP during export
- Baking multiples textures at the same time
- Baking multiple meshes at the same time (batch)
- Render a substance (sbsar) over multiple meshes
- Move and Export from 0,0,0 then put LP/HP back where they were
- Custom mesh nomenclature for batching multiple HP/LP
