UV stretch

In: Substance Model graph/Modification

Simple

Description

The UV stretch node adjusts the scale of UVs for each mesh in a scene so they have a consistent UV density – or texel ratio – between each other. Vertex colours can be leveraged to drive the density.

Parameters

  • Input Scene
The input scene holding the meshes which UVs should be scaled.
  • Uniform UV density Boolean
Uniformly scales the UVs of each mesh in the input scene appropriately so they have a consistent UV density between each other.
  • UV density Float
Sets the target UV density which drives the scaling.
Note: This parameter is only available when the Uniform UV density parameter is set to True.
  • UV islands in vertex color Boolean
Considers groups of faces sharing the same vertex colours as distinct UV islands to adjust the scaling accordingly.
