This article talks about the way to set different permissions to a specific Record on NetSuite.

Steps
In the filter section, select the Adobe Sign bundle (that is, 174236) which shows custom records of the Adobe Sign bundle only.
Open Adobe eSign Services Agreement record.
Click Permissions subtab, select the Role for which you want to manage the permission.
Click the value against the Role under the "level" column.
Save.
