Remove incorrect or outdated email addresses from your saved recipient suggestions.

You can delete saved email addresses from your personal address book directly from the Request e-signature experience. This allows you to remove incorrect or outdated entries and prevent them from appearing as suggestions when adding recipients.

Delete a saved email address

  1. Open the Request e-signature page.

  2. Select a file to upload.

  3. In the recipient field, begin typing an email address.

  4. Locate the email address you want to remove in the suggested recipient list.

  5. Select the Delete icon (garbage can) next to the email address.

Things to know

  • Deleting an email address removes it only from your personal address book.
  • Deleted email addresses will not appear in future recipient suggestions unless re-entered.
  • Removing an email address does not affect previously sent agreements.
