If you have a Photoshop single app or Creative Cloud all apps subscription, Fresco is already included in your subscription. Also, you can subscribe to Photoshop on the iPad along with Fresco as a part of the Design Mobile bundle through the App Store, if applicable.

How do I manage my Photoshop on the iPad subscription purchased through Apple App Store?

Any Photoshop on the iPad subscription that you purchase from the App Store is managed through your App Store account.

Is Photoshop on the iPad available in my country?

Photoshop on the iPad is available only in countries where Creative Cloud services are available. See the latest list of countries that support Creative Cloud services.

Adobe Creative Cloud services are currently not available on adobe.com in mainland China. As a result, Photoshop on the iPad is not available in this region.

How does Photoshop on the desktop work with Photoshop on the iPad?

You can access cloud documents from both the desktop or the iPad.
You can access cloud documents from both the desktop or the iPad.

Any document you create with Photoshop on the iPad is automatically saved as a cloud document, so that you can easily access your creative work from iPad to desktop. Cloud documents are automatically synced across devices to create a seamless workflow.

For example, if you want to resume your desktop work on the iPad, simply save your PSD as a cloud document. 

To view your cloud documents, simply navigate to the Cloud documents tab on the home screen. 

How can I open a Creative Cloud file in Photoshop on my iPad?

To open a Creative Cloud file in Photoshop on the iPad, do the following:

1. In the home screen, tap Import and open () and select the Files app.

2. In the Browse panel that opens, select Locations > Creative Cloud to quickly import a file from Creative Cloud.

Note: If you're unable to find the Creative Cloud option under Locations, download the Creative Cloud app on your iPad and ensure that you are signed in. To add Creative Cloud under Locations, see the directions listed under 'Use third-party apps' in the Files section in Use the Files app on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

3. In the Creative Cloud mode, browse through and select a file to open.

Can I turn off auto-save in cloud documents?

Document syncing can't be turned off, but you can choose not to sync over a cellular connection.
Cloud documents are automatically saved to the cloud and help you work seamlessly across devices.

A cloud document is always automatically saved to the cloud — this is what helps you work seamlessly on your creative projects anytime, anywhere, across your devices.

Although cloud document auto-save does not turn off, you can restrict syncing over your cellular network when working on an iPad.

What happens to my assets if I close or delete my Adobe account?

Even after your plan expires, your assets are available for download from your account for a limited number of days.
Assets are available for download for a limited period of time even after your plan expires.

If you close or delete your Adobe account, or if your subscription expires, your assets remain in the cloud and available to download for 30 days. After 30 days, you may lose access to some or all of your documents that are saved on the cloud servers.
