I did not buy anything from Adobe. Why did I get a charge on my card bill?

If there is an unexpected charge from Adobe on your card bill, check for the following possible reasons.

Did you purchase for another person?

If you purchased an Adobe product or service for another person (for example, a family member, friend, or colleague), the charge would reflect on your invoice.

Did you download a trial version of an Adobe product or service?

The free trials of some Adobe products and services such as Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe Stock automatically convert to a paid version after the trial period ends. Check your Plans page to view the products and services you are currently subscribed to.

Did you try a free membership to Adobe Stock?

After the free promotional offer of Adobe Stock completes, your paid membership begins and the monthly fee is charged automatically.

Did you purchase a PDF service last year, such as Create PDF?

Some PDF services renew annually, such as Adobe Acrobat PDF Pack, Adobe Acrobat Export PDF, or Fill & Sign. You can view your subscriptions on your Plans page.
