If you can't update your credit card information, check for the following possible reasons.
Have you tried using a different web browser?
Occasionally, a web browser conflicts with our accounts page. Try using a different browser to edit the credit card details.
Are you trying to update the credit card information on your renewal/billing date?
You cannot update the Creative Cloud subscription details on the renewal/billing date. Update the details before or after the renewal/billing date.
Was your payment due over 30 days ago?
If the payment for membership remains pending for 30 days or more, the account gets suspended, and the pending payment can't be processed. In such instances, the current subscription must be canceled, and a new subscription should be purchased.
Did you verify if your credit card has been activated?
If your credit card isn't activated, you can activate your credit card by following your provider's guidelines.
