Features of Flex Workspace not available in AEM forms workspace

AEM forms workspace is the brand new Workspace in AEM forms offering. The following are some of the features of Flex-based Workspace that are not available in AEM forms workspace.

• Welcome Page is not available. You can set Start Process, To-do, Tracking, and Favorites pages as the first page to appear when you log in Workspace.
  
• Messages and notification for system events do not show in AEM forms workspace. All settings corresponding to messages (like 'Message Notification View Time') are also not applicable for  AEM forms workspace.
• The view has been reorganized and now there is no distinction between card and list view, for start points and tasks.
• As there is no distinction between card and list view in AEM forms workspace, the setting to Manage Column Headings in To-do, History, and Preferences are not available.
• The option to manage Column headings for Tracking page is not available in AEM forms workspace.
• Setting an approval container or custom container for a user task is not honored in AEM forms workspace.
• You cannot start a new process using existing task data or change descriptions of tasks that are specific to an instance of a process. The Start and Description buttons previously available in the Tracking page of Flex-based Workspace are not available in AEM forms workspace.
• Bulk Enable Mode to perform an action on multiple tasks and start business processes in bulk, is not available in AEM forms workspace.
• An option to search templates is available in the Tracking tab but not in the ToDo tab.
• Global configuration properties as described in the 'Importing and exporting global settings' section in 'Configuring Workspace' in LiveCycle Administration guide, are not available for AEM forms workspace. Only client_formView_openFormInFullScreen and server_timingUsers settings are applicable for AEM forms workspace.
